Terms of Service

FormXpert Pay is payment integration/orchestration software. Merchants remain responsible for their Paytm account, KYC, products/services, customer disputes, refunds, taxes and compliance. FormXpert Pay does not represent that it is the settlement bank or payment aggregator. Settlement is handled by the merchant's configured payment provider.

Merchants must protect API credentials, use HTTPS endpoints, verify webhooks and never expose secrets in browser-side code.
